The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications through EPADS v2.0 from eligible firms registered on EPADS v2.0 for provision of non-consultancy services for Pakistan Skill Impact Bond (PSIB) being managed by NAVTTC. 2. The objective of the intended process is to "HIRE INDEPENDENT VALIDATION AGENT / FIRM FOR PAKISTAN SKILL IMPACT BOND (PSIB)". The Independent Validation Agent (IVA) will be responsible for validating reported results and producing verification reports that trigger outcome payments.
