Biosafety Cabinet Ultracentrifuge Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of a Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet with an estimated cost of PKR 2,385,264 and bid security of PKR 47,706, and a high-speed ultracentrifuge with an estimated cost of PKR 46,859,637 and bid security of PKR 937,193. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers, sole distributors of manufacturers and authorized distributors of manufacturers registered with income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center website and Punjab e-procurement portals. The single-stage two-envelope procedure applies under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically by 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM through the Punjab e-procurement system. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically; hard-copy bids and bid security are not accepted. Participating bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-procurement system. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bids will be opened on 3 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of attending bidder representatives. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. If the submission date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
