Supply Of Beta Thalassaemia Testing Kits And Controls Tender Notice

Description

Framework contract for the purchase of Beta Thalassaemia testing kits and controls, including Beta Thalassaemia reorder packs, 500-test kits for Variant-II haemoglobin HPLC-based testing systems, and two controls. The estimated cost is PKR 14.147 million. Bids are invited from firms registered with the relevant authorities and tax departments and possessing established technical, managerial and financial capabilities. Procurement follows the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidding documents and item specifications are available from the Director General office or through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-procurement system. Bidders must complete and authenticate electronic bids by uploading PDF files through the Punjab e-procurement system and submit the original bid security in a clearly marked envelope before the electronic bid deadline. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of each item. The original cash deposit receipt, pay order or demand draft issued by a scheduled bank must reach the Director General office before the opening time; electronic bids without the original security will be rejected. Conditional tenders are not accepted. Bidders must provide affidavits confirming that they are not blacklisted by the institute or PPRA and that all submitted documents and information are true and correct. Applicable income tax and GST will be deducted under government rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to increase quantities by up to 15% under the applicable procurement rules and to reject all bids. Bids must be submitted by 27 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
