Maintenance Intensive Care Unit Ventilators Tender Notice
Description
Service and maintenance contract for intensive care unit ventilators at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, for financial year 2026–2027. Electronic bids are invited from registered firms with established technical, professional, financial and managerial capabilities and registration with the relevant authorities, Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax departments, with active taxpayer status. Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a). Technical and financial offers, inclusive of all applicable taxes, must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system in conformity with the bidding documents. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated total bid cost is mandatory and must be paid electronically through the prescribed payment system by generating the required PSID. Payment must be reflected in the e-procurement system before the bid submission deadline; no physical cash deposit receipt, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order is required where the prescribed electronic method has been used. Bids must be submitted by 2 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and representatives of participating firms. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended.
