Provision Of Outsourced Staff And It Equipment Tender Notice

Description

Provision of outsourced human resources, IT equipment, hardware, air conditioners, electrical accessories, appliances, generator air filters, scanning and data-entry services under Punjab Information Technology Board framework contracts. The first procurement covers 170 outsourced office helpers, janitors, security guards and drivers with an estimated cost of PKR 122,000,000 and fixed bid security of PKR 2,440,000. The IT equipment and hardware procurement includes laptops and desktops, Core i5 desktop PCs, 1 kVA and 10 kVA UPS units, laser printers, flatbed scanners, UPS batteries, 15-ton wall-mounted air conditioners, 2-ton cassette-type non-inverter and inverter air conditioners, copper piping, connecting wires, water dispensers, false-ceiling fans, 24-inch bracket fans, draft machines and Perkins generator air filters for 200 kVA and 100 kVA generators. The notice also covers outsourced key-punching officers, development assistants, management assistants, senior management assistants, and scanning and data-entry services for 10,000,000 pages. Estimated costs and fixed bid securities are specified by lot in the bidding documents, including PKR 48,000,000 for key-punching officers, PKR 37,000,000 for development assistants, PKR 32,000,000 for management assistants, PKR 24,000,000 for senior management assistants and PKR 60,000,000 for scanning and data-entry services. Procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Tender documents are available free of cost through the Punjab Information Technology Board and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites. Separate technical and financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system by 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. Bidders must provide income tax and sales tax registration certificates and other documents required in the tender documents and register on the Punjab e-procurement system. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. The board reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
