Framework Contract Medicines Medical Supplies Hospital Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for financial year 2025–2026 covering emergency medicines, bulk medicines, printing supplies, stationery, general store items, miscellaneous items, radiology department accessories including X-ray films, laboratory items, parking services and canteen services. The estimated total budget is PKR 25,860,000. Bids are invited from reputable companies, firms, authorized distributors and experienced suppliers registered with the sales tax and income tax departments. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications are available from the Medical Superintendent upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,000. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost for packages 1 through 8 and 10% of the estimated cost for parking and canteen packages. Bids must be submitted by 4 November 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same date at 11:00 AM, except parking and canteen packages, for which the notice specifies an opening time of 12:00 AM. The single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure applies. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules and may disqualify suppliers or contractors if submitted information is found false, inaccurate or incomplete.
