Construction Thirty Kilowatt Solar Power System Tender Notice

Description

Construction of a 30 kW solar system at the University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS using the single-stage single-envelope procedure. The tender fee is PKR 5,000, payable by pay order or bank draft in favour of the University of Sufism and Modern Sciences, Bhitshah. Bid security of PKR 1,000,000 must be submitted in the form of a demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee in favour of the university. The completion period is two months, and bid validity is 90 days from the tender opening date. Mandatory eligibility requirements include income tax returns for the last three years, supporting documentary proof, audited reports or bank statements demonstrating average annual turnover of PKR 20 million over three years, documented details of owned equipment, machinery and transport, valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above with the specified relevant specializations, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2026 certifications, an affidavit confirming the firm has never been blacklisted and is not involved in litigation with government, semi-government or autonomous bodies, and documentary evidence of at least three similar solar projects completed during the last three years, each costing at least PKR 20 million. Bidders must also be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board, appear on the active taxpayer list, and hold a valid Electrical Inspector registration for electrical works. The original bid documents and signed and stamped bill of quantities must be submitted at tender opening. Blacklisted firms, unsigned or unstamped bids, conditional or telegraphic bids, late submissions and bids lacking the required bid security will be rejected. Bidders must submit their best and final prices because negotiations are not permitted.
