Description

Framework contract for the supply of X-ray and CT-scan films for financial year 2026–2027 under a retender. Procurement will be conducted through open tender in accordance with the instructions of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, and the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidding documents contain the applicable specifications, requirements, terms and conditions and estimated prices and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-procurement system. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system using the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Technical and financial offers, inclusive of applicable taxes, must be uploaded in complete conformity with the bidding documents. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items is mandatory; the security must be submitted to the Medical Superintendent and a scanned copy uploaded electronically. The successful bidder must sign a contract and provide a 5% performance guarantee in the form of a cash deposit receipt, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order in the name of the Medical Superintendent. Federal and provincial taxes apply, and offered rates must include all applicable taxes. Non-compliance with the bidding instructions may result in rejection.
