Supply of multiple procurement items including 12V batteries of capacities 210-230 AH, 105-120 AH, 70-80 AH, 85-100 AH, 80-85 AH, 150-165 AH, 175-180 AH and 175-200 AH in specified quantities, requiring fresh stock manufactured in the current year and authorized or sub-authorized distributor certificates for specified items; different types of paints and allied materials; tyres, tubes and flappers manufactured in the current year; general consumable items; degreasing chemical in sealed 25 kg PVC drums; chromating chemical Metachrome-9 in sealed 25 kg PVC drums; green-print meter packing cartons; refrigerant gases including Freon-22, R134A, R-410A, R-407C and R-32 in disposable cylinders; electrostatic powder coating paint in SSGC green with pure polyester base; 50mm2 welding cable with stranded copper conductor; branch routers with specified WAN and LAN ports, RAM, storage, console port and VPN and GRE capabilities; managed network switches with specified Ethernet ports, SFP interfaces and switching capacities, including PoE switches; large-format inkjet plotters with minimum five colours, specified ink capacity, nozzles and 44-inch printing width; and rack-mountable 2U servers with dual processors, Intel Xeon processors and minimum 256 GB DDR5 memory. Additional procurement includes media monitoring services covering electronic and print media, news bulletins, talk shows, documentaries, interviews, tickers and newspapers on a complete-package basis; civil renovation and upgradation works for the newly installed SMS Nawabshah; establishment of laboratory collection points at the SSGC Medical Centre Quetta; construction of CPS solar rooms at MP-53.5 Rustom, MP-85.5 Karani, MP-103 Kumb and MP-107 Sim Nala in HQ-1 Sukkur Transmission Section; construction of four CPS solar rooms at MP-130 Peer Wasan, MP-150 SMS Paddidan, MP-160 MVA Bandhi and MP-168 CPS at HQ-2 Nawabshah; and civil works for laying four deep-well ground beds for the 16-inch ILBP transmission main pipeline network in Balochistan Region. Specified civil works require valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above and specialization CE-10 where stated. The notice also includes corrigenda and extensions for earlier procurement notices and an amendment concerning 500,000 diaphragm components for Remus G-1.6 gas meters. Bidding procedures include single-stage one-envelope bidding for specified supplies and civil works and single-stage two-envelope bidding for the complete-package media monitoring service. Bids must comply with the relevant specifications, bills of quantities, drawings, terms and conditions, eligibility requirements and evaluation criteria. Bidders must register on EPADS 2.0 and comply with the E-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. SSGC reserves the right to reject all bids or cancel the bidding process before acceptance.
