Description
Construction of Drinking Water Supply Scheme at Bazid Khel under ADP No. 251122. The estimated cost is PKR 18,977,800, and the stated bid security and stamp duty amount is PKR 570,000. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category and specialisation code, active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Enlistment Committee, valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration and valid Federal Board of Revenue NTN registration. Work-wise bid solicitation documents, including bills of quantities, are available through KP-EPADS and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement authority website. Bidding will follow the single-stage single-envelope procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Complete bids must be uploaded electronically with all mandatory eligibility documents, and the original bid-security instrument must be delivered in a separate sealed envelope before the prescribed closing time. A performance guarantee affidavit of 5% of the estimated cost must be uploaded, and the successful contractor must furnish the prescribed performance guarantee after receiving the letter of acceptance. Joint ventures are not allowed. Unreadable, blurred or incomplete submissions may be declared non-responsive. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 23 October 2026 at 2:00 PM. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject bids under Rule 47 of the applicable KPPRA Rules.
