Construction Water Supply Scheme Shawaki Sharif Tender Notice
Description
Construction of the Water Supply Scheme at Shawaki Sharif under KADP ADP No. 200153. The estimated cost is PKR 5,405,000, and the stated bid security and stamp duty amount is PKR 137,200. Eligible contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category and specialisation code, active registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Enlistment Committee, valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration and valid Federal Board of Revenue NTN registration. Work-wise bidding documents, including bills of quantities, are available through KP-EPADS and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa procurement authority website. Bidding will follow the single-stage single-envelope procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. Bidders must upload complete electronic bids with mandatory eligibility documents and submit original bid-security instruments in separate sealed envelopes before the closing time. Joint ventures are not allowed. Incomplete, blurred or unreadable electronic documents may result in rejection as non-responsive. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 23 October 2026 at 2:00 PM. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of the applicable KPPRA Rules.
