Description
Supply of electrical items, including cables and associated electrical materials, for the University of Kamalia under Bid Reference No. UKM/Tender/2026-27/04. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 4,900,000, with bid security of PKR 98,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in trading must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and income tax and sales tax departments. Bidding documents containing specifications, requirements, terms and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with item-wise bidding. Bid security must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on the prescribed stamp paper with their electronic bid documents; the procuring agency may request the original affidavit for physical verification.
