Repair of building joints at Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad. Bids are invited under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms must submit scanned bid documents through KP-EPADS and deliver the original bid-security instrument, original non-refundable tender fee receipt of PKR 1,500 or bank draft inclusive of courier charges, and original duly attested stamp-paper documents in a sealed envelope marked with the tender name before the closing deadline. The tender fee and original documents must comply with the requirements specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted by 4 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. Bid security is required at 2% of the bid value in the form specified in the tender documents. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 October 2026 at 10:00 AM in the conference room of the Hospital Director's Office. Bidders must register on KP-EPADS and submit bids through the prescribed electronic system; bids submitted outside EPADS will not be entertained.
