Outsourcing Of Hospital Waste Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of hospital waste management services under the PPI model for Ayub Teaching Hospital, Abbottabad. Eligible firms must participate through the KP-EPADS system in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must upload scanned bid documents and physically submit the original bid-security instrument, original non-refundable tender fee receipt of PKR 1,500 or bank draft inclusive of courier charges, and original duly attested stamp-paper documents in a sealed envelope marked with the tender name before the submission deadline. Bid security is required at 2% of the bid value in the form specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted by 4 November 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 16 October 2026 at 10:00 AM in the conference room of the Hospital Director's Office. Registration on KP-EPADS is mandatory, and bids submitted outside the electronic system will not be entertained. If the opening date is declared a public or gazetted holiday or the office remains closed, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
