Description

Procurement of laboratory equipment for University of Rasul under Tender No. UOR/PD/2026-27/M&E/06. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 221,047,200, with bid security of 2% of the estimated cost on a lot-wise basis, as specified in the bidding documents. Eligible reputable and financially sound firms must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax and sales tax, maintain an active taxpayer profile and demonstrate adequate relevant experience. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the university website and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Technical and financial bids prepared in conformity with the bidding instructions must be submitted electronically by 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorised representatives holding valid authority letters. Bid security must be submitted through the electronic procurement portal, with a scanned copy attached to the technical bid. The university is not responsible for delays in submitting bids or bid security. If the deadline falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. The university management reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
