Supply Greenhouse Climate Control Tunnel Multan Tender Notice
Description
Supply of a tunnel with controlled climatic conditions for greenhouse climate control under Project PARB-23-538 for Muhammad Nawaz Shareef University of Agriculture, Multan, on a DDP basis. The estimated tender cost is PKR 4,900,000, with bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 98,000. Eligible firms, authorised distributors, dealers and suppliers must be registered for income tax and sales tax and demonstrate technical, financial and managerial capability. Bidding documents containing specifications, requirements and terms and conditions are available through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids must be submitted by 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. If the scheduled date is an official holiday, the next working day will apply. The university reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014; grounds for rejection will be communicated upon request.
