Supply of winterised, rescue, relief and rain-protection items under Tender No. Winterize item/10/2026 for the Provincial Disaster Management Authority Punjab. The procurement comprises four lots: rescue items including 100 chain saws, 1,000 pairs of snow chains, 1,000 folding shovels and 500 heavy-duty search lights, estimated at PKR 23,150,000 with bid security of PKR 694,500; winterised items including 1,000 woollen caps, 1,000 pairs of winter gloves and 1,000 sleeping bags, estimated at PKR 10,000,000 with bid security of PKR 300,000; rainy items including 2,500 raincoats, 2,500 pairs of waterproof rubber long shoes and 2,000 umbrellas, estimated at PKR 19,100,000 with bid security of PKR 573,000; and 2,500 waterproof tarpaulin sheets, estimated at PKR 10,000,000 with bid security of PKR 300,000. The specified delivery period is 15 days. Eligible contractors, dealers, firms, vendors and general order suppliers must be registered with income tax, sales tax, Punjab Revenue Authority and professional tax authorities and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PDMA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Electronic bids must be submitted by 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must offer their best and final prices, as negotiations are not expected. Samples of all items must be delivered to the PDMA warehouse near Jallo Park, Lahore, before the bid closing date; for imported items whose samples are unavailable, detailed technical brochures with specifications and designs must be submitted. Applicable taxes will be deducted under government rules, and NTN, PRA and sales tax registration certificates must be provided.
