Description

Rehabilitation and renovation of Round About Steel Bagh and DHQ Chowk, Municipal Committee Kasur. The estimated cost of the work is PKR 18,149,000, with earnest money of PKR 907,450. Eligible firms and contractors must be registered or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and must hold the applicable PEC codes. Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using open competitive bidding under the single-stage one-envelope procedure, with evaluation based on the least-cost method. Bidders must upload the bid as a PDF file through the electronic procurement system and submit a scanned call deposit receipt issued by a scheduled bank, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, through the online PSID banking application. Physical submission of the CDR is not required. The lowest bidder must furnish a performance guarantee of 5% under the Punjab Local Government Works Rules 2017. Bidding documents are available through the e-procurement and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites. Bids must be duly signed and stamped by the authorized representative and submitted by 30 October 2026 at 10:30 AM; bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same date. Corrupt, virus-infected or unreadable submissions may be rejected under Regulation 8(4) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2024. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Work execution is subject to the availability of funds.
