Procurement Of Motorcycles For University Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of motorcycles for Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology, Rahim Yar Khan, under Tender No. Misc.-364. The estimated cost is PKR 797,680 and the required bid security is PKR 23,930, equivalent to 3% of the estimated cost. Eligible and reputable registered firms may participate and may bid for one lot or both lots separately; evaluation and contract award will be conducted on a lot-by-lot basis under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Separate technical and financial electronic bids must be submitted exclusively through EPADS by 3 November 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date by the Tender Opening Committee in the presence of bidders’ representatives. Bid security must be paid online through the EPADS portal in accordance with Rule 27 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Late bids and bids without bid security will not be entertained. The university reserves the right to reject all bids or any lot before acceptance under Rule 35 of the applicable rules.
