Description

Purchase of X-ray films and radiology accessories for DHQ Hospital Hafizabad. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 4,000,000. Eligible bidders and suppliers must submit complete technical and financial proposals, duly signed and stamped, in conformity with the bidding documents, including the required page numbering, checklist, table of contents and supporting documentation. Bidding documents containing specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement will be conducted using the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items must be paid electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the deadline; physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Rates must include all applicable government taxes. Electronic bids must be submitted by 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of attending bidders or authorized representatives. Incomplete, unfilled or vague bids will not be entertained. The successful bidder must furnish performance security equal to 2% of the contract amount through the electronic procurement system. The procuring agency may reject bids before acceptance under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules. If the opening day is declared a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
