Rehabilitation Construction Sullage Culvert Boundary Wall Road Marking Tender Notice

Description

Maintenance and rehabilitation works under the District Council Toba Tek Singh, including rehabilitation or construction of the sullage carrier culvert at Chak No. 393/JB, Khan Pur, Toba Tek Singh; rehabilitation or construction of the boundary wall at Chak No. 296/GB, Toba Tek Singh; and thermoplastic paint lane marking on different roads within District Toba Tek Singh. The estimated costs are PKR 4,500,000 for the sullage carrier culvert, PKR 14,200,000 for the boundary wall and PKR 5,700,000 for road lane marking. Required bid securities at 5% are PKR 225,000, PKR 710,000 and PKR 285,000 respectively. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes and registered on the Punjab e-procurement platform. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-Procurement System and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bidding will follow the single-stage single-envelope procedure under the applicable Punjab procurement rules and Local Government Works Rules 2017. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-procurement system; physical CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts and bank guarantees are not accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted by the date shown in the tender schedule, which appears in the notice as 5 November 2026 at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM; the printed submission date is partly unclear and should be verified against the official e-procurement notice. Contractors must upload genuine information and documents, and false submissions may result in disqualification and recommendations for blacklisting. Additional performance security may be required if the lowest quoted rates exceed the estimated cost by more than 5%, under the applicable rules. Recovery for old materials will be adjusted during evaluation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject bids before acceptance under Rule 35.
