Description
Procurement of IT equipment and hardware for the CSSC project under the government e-governance programme, including laptops and desktop computers, 1 kVA and 10 kVA UPS units, laser printers, flatbed scanners and UPS batteries. The estimated cost is PKR 3,800,000 for laptops and desktops, PKR 1,500,000 for UPS equipment, PKR 3,000,000 for printers and scanners, and PKR 6,000,000 for UPS batteries. Fixed bid security is PKR 76,000, PKR 30,000, PKR 60,000 and PKR 120,000 respectively for these categories. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PITB and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority websites. Separate technical and financial bids must be complete, signed, stamped and submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must include valid income tax and sales tax registration certificates and all mandatory supporting documents. Late, incomplete or incorrectly submitted proposals may be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance under the applicable rules.
