Construction of a fire watch tower at Behram Dheri Resumed Land, Charsadda Forest Sub-Division, Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera, under the project for strengthening institutional capacity for sustainable forest fire mitigation and management in the central and southern forest region. The estimated cost is PKR 6,000,000, with bid security of 2% and a completion period of five months. Eligible contractors must be registered on EPADS and hold the appropriate registration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, sales tax and income tax authorities, and Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-6 or above for the stated registration year. Firms must be registered entities with KPRA under the applicable rule. Electronic bid solicitation documents are available for download through EPADS; hard copies will not be issued. Bids must be signed and stamped by an authorised representative before upload. A 2% call deposit receipt from a scheduled bank in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Peshawar Forest Division at Nowshera, must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as bid security before the deadline. Applicable federal and provincial duties, stamp duties and taxes are recoverable under government directives. Overwriting or manipulation of uploaded tender documents or bills of quantities may lead to rejection. Incomplete, conditional, late or manual bids will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject tenders with reasons under the applicable procurement rules.
