Supply Installation 100 Kw Solar System Tender Notice
Description
Complete turnkey supply, installation, commissioning, testing and two-year operational maintenance of a 100 kW solar power system. The estimated cost is PKR 10,000,000, with bid security of PKR 500,000, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost, in the form of a call deposit receipt, pay order or demand draft in favour of the procuring institute. Interested reputable and financially sound firms and contractors must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and satisfy the eligibility and qualification criteria specified in the bidding documents. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rules 27(b) and 28(b) of the Public Procurement Rules 2026. Complete, signed and stamped electronic proposals must be submitted through EPADS v2.0; manual submissions without electronic submission will not be entertained. Bidding documents containing technical specifications, evaluation criteria and contractual conditions are available through the institute website, the PPRA website and EPADS v2.0, and may be inspected at the Accounts Department during working days. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded electronically, while the original instrument must reach the procuring agency before bid opening. Submitted documents are subject to verification, and false or forged documents may lead to disqualification, blacklisting proceedings or other action under the applicable rules. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under the applicable procurement regulations.
