Outsourcing Janitorial Services Cardiology Institute Tender Notice
Description
Outsourcing of janitorial and cleaning services for Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology for financial year 2026–2027. The estimated contract cost is PKR 51,000,000, with bid security of PKR 1,020,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Eligible firms with established technical, financial and managerial credentials must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and submit electronic bids through the prescribed system. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, and contain further details of the scope, qualifications and contractual conditions. Bid security must be submitted electronically in favour of the Executive Director in the manner prescribed by the procurement authority; physical financial instruments, including call deposit receipts and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in accordance with the announced schedule. If the submission or opening date is declared a public holiday, the next working day will apply. The procuring agency may reject all bids before acceptance and, upon request, communicate the grounds for rejection without being required to justify those grounds.
