Construction Solar Agricultural Tubewell Tender Notice
Description
Construction and development of a solar-powered agricultural tubewell at Ikramullah, Khasnob, District Killa Saifullah, under the relevant development programme. The estimated cost is PKR 19,801,975. Bidding will be conducted through the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, as amended. Firms and contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-6 or above with the relevant specialisation codes, have submitted the required registration renewal case for 2026–2027 where applicable, and maintain valid Federal Board of Revenue and Balochistan Revenue Authority registrations with active taxpayer status. Relevant experience in similar works and adequate turnover are required. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development, District Killa Saifullah, against a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 deposited into the specified National Bank of Pakistan account; the notice and documents are also available through the BPPRA website. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be furnished as a bank guarantee or call deposit from a scheduled bank in the prescribed name. Electronic bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard, and manual bids must also be submitted to the designated office by the stated deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day according to the announced schedule. Detailed mandatory conditions and marking criteria are provided in the bidding documents.
