Description

Construction of flood protection walls and bunds at Shnakhwrha, Bandat Meerzai, Shuff and Adniazai in District Killa Saifullah under the Public Sector Development Programme 2026–2027. The estimated cost is PKR 97,889,791. Procurement will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014, as amended. Interested firms and contractors must hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or above with relevant specialisation codes and meet the prescribed tax, experience and financial turnover requirements. Applicants must have valid Federal Board of Revenue and Balochistan Revenue Authority registrations and active taxpayer status. Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Assistant Director Local Government and Rural Development, District Killa Saifullah, against a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 deposited into the specified National Bank of Pakistan account; the notice and documents may also be accessed through the BPPRA website. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost must be provided through a bank guarantee or call deposit issued by a scheduled bank in the prescribed name. Electronic bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard, and manual bids must also be delivered to the designated office within the prescribed period.
