Description

Procurement of information technology equipment for Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology for financial year 2026–2027, comprising laptops, computers and projectors, printers and photocopiers, and CCTV cameras with accessories. The estimated costs are PKR 5,610,000 for laptops, computers and projectors; PKR 2,800,000 for printers and photocopiers; and PKR 1,062,500 for CCTV cameras and accessories. Bid security is 2% of the estimated cost of the items or lots quoted and must be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner; physical financial instruments, including call deposit receipts and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Eligible manufacturers, authorised distributors, suppliers and contractors engaged in trading must be registered on the e-procurement system and with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bidding will follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidding documents containing detailed terms, technical specifications and quantities are available free of charge through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and PPRA website. Bidders must upload PPRA registration, valid NTN and STRN certificates and all other mandatory documents, and must not be blacklisted or debarred. Bidders may quote for one, several or all lots but must quote every item and the complete quantity within each selected lot. Contracts will be awarded lot-wise to the lowest evaluated bidder. Only electronic bids are accepted; scanned bid documents must be uploaded, and hard copies are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus-infected or incorrectly submitted lot bids may be rejected. Bids will be opened in the conference room of Sahiwal Teaching Hospital in the presence of attending representatives. The procuring agency may reject all bids or cancel the process before acceptance under the applicable rules.
