Framework Contract For Medical Oxygen Gas Supply Tender Notice

DHQ Hospital Sheikhupura invites electronic bids for a framework contract to supply medical-grade oxygen gas with cylinders on a refill basis for financial year 2026-27, on Delivered Duty Paid terms. The specified supply includes medical oxygen of 6.7 cubic metres or 240 cubic feet per cylinder and a minimum backup stock of 100 cylinders at a time. Bid security is 2% as specified online and in the bidding documents. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 31 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must submit bid security in accordance with Rule 27 and follow the prescribed technical and financial proposal requirements. Only typed quoted rates will be accepted; alterations or corrections will not be considered.
