Description
Repair of manhole rings and manhole chambers within the limits of Municipal Committee Daud Khel for financial year 2026-27. The estimated procurement amount is Rs. 2,000,000, with earnest money or bid security of 5%, amounting to Rs. 100,000. Eligible contractors, firms and suppliers registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 in the relevant category and codes may participate. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab E-Procurement System and Punjab PPRA website. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA rules. Bidders must submit digital bid security, quote item-wise rates inclusive of applicable taxes, scan complete bids and upload them electronically. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, altered, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. Performance guarantees will apply according to government rules and bidding documents.
