Installation Cranes Conversion Recovery Vehicles Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of installation of 8-ton cranes on trucks for multipurpose use and conversion of trucks into multipurpose recovery vehicles. The estimated cost for crane installation on two trucks is Rs. 22,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 440,000. Conversion of eight trucks into recovery vehicles has an estimated cost of Rs. 61,040,000 with bid security of Rs. 1,220,800. Electronic bids are invited from original equipment manufacturers and their authorized engineering firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax departments in Pakistan. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the Punjab E-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bidders must be registered on the e-Procurement System and submit bids through the PDF upload method. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically through the system; physical financial instruments including CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees will not be accepted. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
