Purchase Cancer Medicines Pakistan Bait Ul Mal Tender Notice

Atomic Energy Cancer Hospital NIMRA, Jamshoro invites bids from reputable pharmaceutical companies, approved distributors, firms and suppliers throughout Pakistan for the purchase of drugs and medicines for cancer patients under the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal IFA programme for financial year 2026-27. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 46(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010. Eligible bidders must be registered with DRAP, FBR and the Sales Tax Department and demonstrate at least three years of medicine-supply experience with reputable hospitals. Selection will be based on quality and cost. A non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 5,000 must be paid through demand draft, pay order, banker’s cheque or another accepted instrument in favour of General Secretary CPWS NIMRA. Bidding documents, qualification criteria and submission instructions are available through SPPRA EPADS. Documents are scheduled to be available from 24 October 2026 until 11:00 AM on 9 November 2026, or according to publication of the notice on SPPRA EPADS. Bids must be submitted electronically under Rule 24(2) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules. Opening is scheduled for 11:30 AM on 9 November 2026 in the auditorium of AECH-NIMRA, in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. The procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject offers under Rule 25.
