Robotic Laboratory Equipment Supply Installation Tender Notice
Description
HITEC University Taxila invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from firms registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List for supply and installation of robotic laboratory equipment. Tender documents may be collected from the Manager Procurement against a non-refundable banker’s cheque of Rs. 5,000 payable to Treasurer HITEC University, Taxila, through Askari Bank, HIT Taxila Branch. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes placed inside one outer envelope marked with the tender name, accompanied by bid security as specified in the tender documents. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 26 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. The deadline for bid submission is 12:30 PM on 5 November 2026, and technical proposals will open at 1:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will not be accepted, and the university reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance.
