Biosafety Cabinet High Speed Ultracentrifuge Tender Notice

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors or authorized distributors for procurement of a Class II Type A2 biosafety cabinet and a high-speed ultracentrifuge. The biosafety cabinet has an estimated cost of Rs. 2,385,264 and bid security of Rs. 47,706, while the high-speed ultracentrifuge has an estimated cost of Rs. 46,859,637 and bid security of Rs. 937,193. Bidding follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Participating firms must be registered with the relevant income-tax and sales-tax authorities and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Electronic bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 3 November 2026 and will open at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required, and bid security must be submitted electronically; physical bid security is not accepted. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will apply. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, govern the procurement.
