Malarial Parasite Analyzer Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors or authorized distributors for procurement of an analyzer for malarial parasite, estimated at Rs. 8,500,000. Bid security is Rs. 170,000, equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost. Bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and with the Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2 November 2026 and will open at 11:30 AM the same day. Hard copies of electronic bids are not required, and physical bid security is not accepted; security must be submitted electronically. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bid validity is 180 days from opening. If the closing date is a public holiday, the next working day will apply. Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, govern the procurement.
