Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites electronic bids for a service and maintenance contract for ICU ventilators for financial year 2026-27 from registered firms with established technical, financial, managerial and relevant maintenance experience. Bidders must hold applicable registrations with Punjab PPRA, income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities and maintain active taxpayer status. Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Technical and financial offers, inclusive of applicable taxes, must be uploaded through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 10:00 AM on 2 November 2026. Bid opening is scheduled for 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and representatives of participating firms. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated total bid cost must be paid electronically through the prescribed PSID and authorized banking channels and reflected in the e-Procurement System before closing. Physical submission of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft or pay order is not required when security has been paid through the prescribed electronic mechanism. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to reject bids before acceptance under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules.
