Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat invites electronic bids for financial year 2026-27 for two procurements: a re-tender for a framework contract for X-ray and CT-scan films, and repair, maintenance and restoration of complete functionality of the solar panel system. Bids will be processed through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders must upload complete technical and financial offers inclusive of applicable taxes, along with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items. Estimated prices are specified in the bidding documents. The successful bidders must sign contracts and provide a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent.
