Hospital Xray Films Solar Panel Maintenance Tender Notice

Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Teaching Hospital, Gujrat invites electronic bids for financial year 2026-27 for two procurements: a re-tender for a framework contract for X-ray and CT-scan films, and repair, maintenance and restoration of complete functionality of the solar panel system. Bids will be processed through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bidders must upload complete technical and financial offers inclusive of applicable taxes, along with bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price of the quoted items. Estimated prices are specified in the bidding documents. The successful bidders must sign contracts and provide a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, bank draft or pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Bidding documents containing specifications, requirements and conditions are available through the PPRA and Punjab e-procurement websites before the closing date. Both tenders close at 11:00 AM on 6 November 2026 and open at 11:30 AM the same day. All federal and provincial taxes apply, and failure to comply with the bidding-document instructions may result in rejection.
