Refurbishment, beautification and infrastructure upgrading of Faiz Ahmad Faiz Park, Narowal, with an estimated cost of Rs. 9.736 million and bid security of Rs. 486,782, equivalent to 5% of the estimated cost. Electronic bids are invited from eligible contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026-27 and registered with relevant tax departments, including FBR and PRA where applicable. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, specifications, eligibility criteria and other requirements are available free of cost through the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Bidding follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bids by email, courier, post or hand delivery will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted digitally through 1Link or bank guarantee options using a generated PSID. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-infected electronic bids will be rejected. The lowest evaluated bidder must furnish performance security of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of receiving the offer letter. Applicable government taxes and procurement rules will apply, and the procuring agency may adjust the scope or quantity subject to budget availability. The authority reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35.
