Construction of a street or road from Kohala Bridal Road to the house of Captain Taha Shaheed at Rawat within Municipal Corporation Murree. The estimated cost is Rs. 5,589,179, with earnest money or bid security of 5%, amounting to Rs. 279,459. Contractors must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System and upload a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence, CNIC, Punjab Revenue Authority registration and NTN. Bidding documents and the bill of quantities are handled electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Contractors must enter item-wise rates electronically and submit their bids before the stated deadline. Physical financial instruments, including CDRs, pay orders and bank guarantees, will not be accepted for bid security. Incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, corrupted, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the scheduled opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Where the total tender amount is equal to or less than 5% below the approved estimate or DNIT amount, the lowest bidder must deposit additional performance security or a quality assurance guarantee equal to the amount below the estimate within 15 days, as specified in the cited Finance Department notifications. Failure to comply may result in cancellation and forfeiture of earnest money. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35.
