Regional blood centre prequalification for the financial year 2026-2027 covering blood bags and drip sets - electro medical equipment - laboratory and blood banking supplies - laboratory chemicals, screening reagents and kits using the CLIA method - antisera ABD, anti human globin, anti human D and bovine serum albumin - gel cards, CBC reagents and HB cuvettes - laboratory and blood banking consumables - electrical items - general consumables including office supplies and pantry items - IT hardware and software - printing and stationery - label rolls - indoor and outdoor branding and publicity - website development, social media marketing and branding - generator mobil oil and filters - petroleum oil and lubricants (POL) - maintenance, repair and renovation of buildings, air conditioning systems, IT equipment, generators and vehicles. Eligible participants include manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers and suppliers. Applicants must submit a company profile and past experience through a cover letter, details of offered services, evidence of at least one similar supply or work contract worth PKR 10 million or above, financial audit reports for the last three years, income tax returns for the last three years, valid and active NTN and Sindh Revenue Board sales tax registration certificates where applicable, and an affidavit on PKR 100 stamp paper stating litigation history, nature, status and outcomes, if any. Documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope. Conditional submissions may be rejected, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all documents without justification.
