Electric Cables Installation Commissioning Tender Notice

Headquarters Anti Narcotics Force invites electronic bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of electric cables with accessories for flats at Headquarters ANF during financial year 2026-2027, including miscellaneous installation works. Bidding documents are available through the EPADS 2.0 portal and the Anti Narcotics Force website. Bidding will follow the single-stage one-envelope procedure under PPRA Rule 36(a). Prices must include all applicable taxes, duties, installation and commissioning. Fixed bid security of PKR 300,000 is required for each category in favour of Headquarters ANF, Rawalpindi, and the hardcopy of the bid security must reach the procuring agency before tender opening. Bids must be submitted online by 6 November 2026 at 10:00 hours and will open the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the committee and attending authorized bidder representatives. Firms must provide FBR GST and NTN registration certificates confirming active taxpayer status, a financial position certificate with the last one-year bank statement, details of work experience during the previous five years, details of equipment, machinery and labour, a litigation-free certificate and an undertaking on judicial stamp paper confirming non-blacklisting. Incorrect or unsubstantiated information may result in legal action and disqualification.
