Solar Irrigation Tubewell Pumping Sets Installation Tender Notice

Kohat Irrigation Division, Irrigation Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids for six works under the Karak Area Development Project funded through 10% Oil and Gas Royalty. The works comprise supply and installation of solar pumping sets for irrigation tubewells at Safdar Ghani Advocate land in Gardi Banda Khushal Khan Korona Takhti-e-Nasrati, Malak Squire Ghulam Khel Muhabati Kala Takhti-e-Nasrati, Khojaki Kala Takhti-e-Nasrati, Dawala Chowkara Haji Gul Zar Koroona Takhti-e-Nasrati, Kach Banda Mohallah Dalawar Khan Garoro Char Khel, and Shawa Hindu Kush Mohalla Abad Gul Sabir Abad. Estimated costs are PKR 4.03 million, PKR 3.06 million, PKR 3.95 million, PKR 3.60 million, PKR 3.57 million and PKR 2.58 million respectively, with 2% earnest money of PKR 80,600, PKR 61,200, PKR 79,000, PKR 72,000, PKR 71,400 and PKR 51,600 respectively. Eligible contractors must have renewed registration for 2026-2027, applicable PEC category and specialization codes, and valid Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration. Bidding follows the single-stage one-envelope electronic procedure using the above-below system on the engineer's BOQ estimate. Original deposit-at-call bid security must be submitted before the deadline. Bidding documents must be downloaded from the department and KPPRA websites and uploaded complete through E-PADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2 November 2026 at the office of the undersigned. Bids close on 4 November 2026 at 12:00 noon and open at 12:30 PM. If a public holiday, unrest or force majeure prevents submission or opening, the process will take place on the next working day at the same time and place. Payments depend on provincial government fund release policy. In case of equal evaluated bids, the successful bidder will be determined by best evaluated bid and past performance or toss.
