Supply Installation Solar Power System Tender Notice
Description
Supply and installation of a solar power system for the Gilgit Forest Division. The procurement will use open competitive bidding through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with QCBS as stated in the notice. The non-refundable tender fee is PKR 4,000, and bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished as a Call Deposit or bank draft in favour of the procuring agency. Eligible firms must be registered with the relevant authorities, including PEC and SECP with relevant codes, and possess valid NTN and GST registration where applicable. Relevant experience in similar works and an affidavit or undertaking confirming non-blacklisting are mandatory. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes; late, incomplete and conditional bids will not be entertained. Detailed specifications, the Bill of Quantities and terms and conditions are provided in the tender documents, available from the Divisional Forest Officer Gilgit during office hours before the document collection deadline. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the applicable GB-PPRA rules. The procurement covers solar energy equipment, photovoltaic power generation systems, solar panels, associated installation work and renewable energy system installation for forest department facilities.
