Killing And Management Of Dogs Sanitary Items Repair Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and provision of killing and management of dogs under Category 1; sanitary items under Category 2; other charges under Category 3; and repair and maintenance services under Category 4 for the financial year 2026-2027 under Grant-in-Aid. Registered government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors with valid registration documents, including Form-C, SECP or other applicable registration evidence, are eligible. Bids must be submitted as sealed tenders in Pakistani rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. A refundable bid security of PKR 100,000 for each category must be furnished as a bank draft or pay order issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Chief Corporation Officer, Municipal Corporation Gilgit. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be adopted where applicable under the relevant PPRA rules. Contractors and suppliers must maintain a complete setup, office, shop, general store or registered business establishment in their business name. Conditional, ambiguous and incomplete bids will not be accepted. Budget limits may change according to actual requirements and fund availability. Irrational or unreasonably high rates may result in rejection, and genuine standard-quality items and services must be offered with warranties where applicable. The procurement covers dog control and management, sanitation supplies, miscellaneous municipal charges, repair works and maintenance services for municipal operations.
