Supply of goods and materials under budget heads A03970-Others, Sports, Repair and Maintenance (RMC), other miscellaneous items and Instructional Materials against the regular budget allocation for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from reputable government-registered contractors, firms and companies with relevant experience in supplying goods and materials. The Single Stage Two Envelope procedure will be used, with technical and financial proposals submitted in separate sealed envelopes enclosed within one sealed outer envelope. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total quoted amount must be provided through a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Principal, Elementary College of Education for Women, Jutial, Gilgit. The successful bidder must furnish performance security equal to 10% of the awarded contract value through a CDR within three days of receiving the Letter of Acceptance or Award of Contract. Goods must be delivered to the college according to the specifications, quantities and delivery schedule in the bidding documents. Blacklisted firms, firms with outstanding liabilities and firms lacking valid registrations or renewals are ineligible. Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of relevant supply experience and provide evidence, adequate storage facilities, logistical arrangements and sufficient human resources for timely delivery within Gilgit District. Preference may be given to authorized dealers or distributors of ISO-certified manufacturers subject to evaluation criteria. Bidding is lot-wise, and bidders may apply for one or more lots. Rates must be reasonable and competitive, and unjustifiably high or unrealistic bids may be rejected. The procurement covers educational supplies, sports goods, instructional materials, miscellaneous goods and materials for institutional use.
