Infection Free Heart Care Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of infection-free heart care services at Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology and NSCC Samli Murree for financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from bidders registered with the relevant tax departments of the Government of Pakistan. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the applicable Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A fresh refundable bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be submitted through PSID in the prescribed manner.
