Uniforms Footwear Accessories Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of various uniforms clothing accessories and equipment including - black stitched uniform for commandos - polo caps - warm black jackets with monogram - web belts - derby boots - round neck printed t shirts - combat shirts with monogram - front badges - division sign monograms - Pakistan flag division signs - two piece suits - formal dress shirts - formal dress pants - nylon niwar - rain coats with monogram - DDS boots - safari suits full sleeves - bullet proof jacket covers ensuring operational readiness and standardization of personnel gear. Bidding will be conducted under single stage two envelope procedure through EPADS with separate technical and financial proposals and submission of prescribed samples for each item. Bid security in specified amounts for each item must be submitted in form of pay order bank draft or CDR with financial proposal and copy with technical proposal. Electronic bids submission through EPADS is mandatory with registration requirement and tender fee applicable per item. Tender opening will be conducted at 03:00 PM in presence of committee and bidders. Eligibility includes valid documentation and compliance with procurement rules with rejection conditions for incomplete late conditional or non compliant bids and requirement of 90 days bid validity.
