Purchase and supply of machinery and IT equipment on a lot basis, comprising Lot No. 1 - 3 desktop computers with Core i7 13th generation processors, 6 laptop computers with Core Ultra 9 processors, and 1 cordless microphone for Android devices; Lot No. 2 - 1 mobile workstation machine with Core Ultra 9 processor; Lot No. 3 - 1 UPS with 10 KVA capacity. Estimated costs are Rs. 1.026 million for Lot No. 1, Rs. 3.528 million for Lot No. 1, Rs. 3.040 million for Lot No. 2, and Rs. 1.000 million for Lot No. 3 as stated in the notice, with bid security of 3% of the estimated cost for each lot. Bidding shall follow open competitive bidding under the single-stage two-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Eligible bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or general order suppliers, registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments, including Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax, with active status. Only authorized dealers holding valid authorization certificates for the quoted brands and maintaining service centres in Lahore may participate. Firms must have at least three years of experience in private and public sector departments. Bidding documents are available through the Punjab e-procurement system and the specified PPRA and Agriculture Department websites. Bidders must upload PDF bidding documents through the Punjab e-procurement system; hard copies will not be accepted. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the prescribed system in favour of the procuring agency; physical financial instruments, including CDRs and bank guarantees, will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the Punjab e-procurement system in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the specified venue. Prices must be final and inclusive of applicable taxes. Samples or brochures must be provided on demand, and bidders must facilitate site inspection of heavy items when required. Bidders must provide a certificate undertaking free replacement of substandard stores or items that deviate from the specifications. Alternate, conditional, incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, non-compliant, or late bids will be rejected. NTN, PRA, and Sales Tax registration certificates must accompany the bid. Taxes will be deducted under applicable government rules, and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
