Procurement of winter and summer uniform kits and shoes for special students of Government Shadab Training Institute of Special Education for M.C Lahore for financial year 2026-27, supplied as kits with free delivery to the consignee in Lahore. Eligible and financially sound firms must have previous experience and registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Bidding shall follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bidders must upload PDF-format technical and financial bids through Punjab e-Procurement before the deadline. Supply must be completed within 30 days of issuance of the supply order, and defective or incorrectly sized items must be replaced. Uniforms may be tested by the National Textile University, Faisalabad, or another government or autonomous laboratory, with testing expenses borne by the successful bidder. Procurement is subject to budget availability, and the agency may cancel seasonal procurement or reject all bids under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
